We were in the area, not too far from Disney World and we were just driving in the plaza, my wife happened to look over and see a grilled cheese restaurant. We've been trying to get into one of these types of restaurants for years, never worked out. Wasn't this exact brand, but similar. So when we came across it and saw it, we had to stop in.

It's a decent sized dining room with a lot of seating. When we came in it was just us. So we went up to the counter to check out the options, the girl at the register helped us pick some options, very helpful. Everything is made to order, so we grabbed some drinks and went and sat down and waited for our food. A few minutes later here comes our meal. Very impressed all around. We haven't posted on this blog in a bit, but this is worth sharing a story for.

You head up to the register to place your order. Make sure to ask about the specials, didn't even notice the burger special. It's okay, next time!

Now this was awesome!

We went with the Truffle Fries and Rosemary. Came with a truffle butter on the side. So good!

After a lot of debating back and forth with one of their burgers and a grilled cheese, I decided to go with the Braised Brisket Grilled Cheese. This had fontina cheese, braised brisket, housemade BBQ sauce & sweet tea caramelized onions. So, so good! You got all the different flavors. It came with a side of BBQ sauce, but really did not need it at all. We actually dipped this into the truffle butter from the fires, OMG!!!

My wife went with the Big Cheese. This grilled cheese sandwich comes with cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, muenster cheese, Jack cheese and arugula. Wow! Also another great grilled cheese sandwich. Also want to mention that this has mac and cheese on it, which we thought would be weird, but totally works!
