PF Chang's - Millenia Mall
PF Chang's holds a lot of history for us. Not this location, but in general. It was where I proposed to my wife. On our trip to this location is did not go as planned and very questionable on a return visit. For starters we waited over an hour just to get a table, we had reservations but still had a long wait. The did have a lot of people in the restaurant, but also many empty tables. We finally were seated and we got our order in. Apps came out in a quick pace, however entrees took over an hour. Take out orders were getting in and out before us. Even tables around us who sat down after us got their food orders first. Finally our food came. Our server was terrible on that night. Never came by to ask how our food was, apologized for the wait or even came around to refill. Had to ask several times, for one refill. Terrible service. So let's move onto the food, let's see how that went!
We started with an order of Crab Wontons. Not really flavorful, they were decent.
Followed by some Pot Stickers. A little bit more flavor, better option.
My wife went with the Korean Bulgogi Steak. She really enjoyed it, I thought it was just okay. The potatoes we both agreed were terrible! Very, very, very overdone. Beyond being edible. The steak I felt was decent, nothing crazy. Expected more zing from the sauce. Again I wasn't a fan, my wife was. So maybe I had an off night.

I went with the Crispy Honey Chicken. Best I've ever had, I seriously loved this dish. Worth the hour wait, well not really but it was so good!
