Polite Pig - Disney Springs

This is a fan favorite among many Disney foodies. For us it didn't hit home for us. Felt it was overpriced and the flavors weren't that great. It's a walk-up restaurant where you order then sit down and then they come out with your food. Overall wasn't a huge fan of this place. Best part of our meal I think was our side and dipping sauces. Felt the sandwiches were too much bread and not enough meat.

Onto our second visit. We came here again, shortly after Disney reopened during the pandemic. Second time around it was much better. Our options were really good and can say we'd have no problem coming back again!

In the left back is the Crispy Brussel Sprouts in a Whiskey-Caramel Sauce. These were the best part of the meal for us. Cooked perfectly and not bitter at all. In front of that is a Fried Chicken Sandwich and next to that was a Brisket Sandwich. Both sandwiches were good, the chicken more than the brisket, but the overall flavor lacked and meat quantity also lacked big time. The picture shows a lot of meat but that's how it sits on the bun, really wasn't a lot. Wouldn't be running back here anytime soon.

These were the Sweet Potato Tots with Parmesan Cheese. Wasn't a fan. Pretty underwhelming for us.

This was the Slider Trio, Southern Pig, Low and Slow Brisket and Fried Chicken. All three options great. If you're looking to get a taste of all the sandwiches this is a perfect way to do it.
