Fulton's Crab House - Downtown Disney

The saddest part of this review is that this restaurant has closed down and is now Paddlefish. We've only dined here once but it's all it took for us to remember the food we had that day. We came for lunch after trying to figure out what we wanted to eat. This was back when their weren't too many options since everything was being built. It was a great place, service was great and loved the options we choose. Really miss this place, haven't tried its replacement, but hope to soon.

 This is the Lobster Grilled Cheese, it is Tillmook Cheddar, Smoke Gouda, Provolone, Confit Tomatoes & Cold Water Lobster on Texas Toast. This was BY FAR the best sandwich we've ever had. It was a shame, because back then we didn't live as close as we now do and would have loved to have this several more times. Really sucks that this wasn't an option at Paddlefish. This was truly a gem! Look at that meat.

OMG, was it sexy to just look at!

This was the Crab Cake BLT, it's Blue Crab with Avocado, Cheddar, Applewood Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato and Mustard Sauce on a Toasted Ciabatta Roll. This wasn't as good as the Lobster BLT, but nothing is nearly as good as that was. However, this was really good on it's own. The only disappointment was the flavor of the crab, had a canned flavor to it. Other than that this was pretty good.
