Padrino's Cuban Cuisine
I finally found a Cuban Sandwich that I'm in love with. Took me over 10 years and countless meals but I found it. Lucky for us we don't have to go too far to get it. Just a short walk. Ended up coming in after being indecisive on what we wanted one day for lunch and wanted something different. Walk in and sat down, what came out of the kitchen was great. Loved it.
Started off with plaintain chips and this addicting sauce for them. I was a happy camper.
We were unsure of what we wanted, so why not a little of it all. This was the Combinacion Cubana, plaintain chips, picadillo empanadas, ham croquettes and fiestta tostones. Perfecto! We liked this dish a lot. Really enjoyable.
This was the Cubano Sandwich, stuffed with a combination of ham, sliced roast pork, Swiss cheese and pickles. Yummy!!!! My extra that I put with it is ketchup, kinda my own thing. I love dipping!
