Hash House a Go Go (International Drive)

Hash House a Go Go - Orlando

Welcome to my new favorite breakfast spot here in Orlando. The restaurant is located on International Drive, just a few minutes from Universal. I've been wanting to try this place since we've moved here. I've been seeing photos and videos and the unique food that they had always made me want to go. It did not disappoint at all. Food portions were HUGE and flavor was simply amazing!

Welcome to Hash House a Go Go. They have some parking that you can self-park, they also have complementary valet parking, we didn't see it going much during the morning, but not sure what time they start doing it.

Farm to table is always the best kind of food. Amazing flavor and great experience!

Some of the seating area.

This was the bar area. There was plenty more restaurant, but that will be on our next trip.

This was the Bacon Waffles. Now the only thing we wished that they did, was put more bacon in it. Don't get me wrong it had a decent amount, but we felt many spots didn't have any. Overall it was amazing! Never had bacon taste this good before. Loved it! Wait, I didn't get this, my wife did. But I ate half, along with mine, which you will see below!

This was the Chicken & Waffles. Holy cow was this HUGE! Underneath was basically my wife's Bacon Waffles, and on top was fried leeks which were amazing, paired with juicy-fried chicken. This dish was stunning! Can't wait to get this again. Yes, I completely demolished the dish and man won this time around! Kept me full for a while!

Above is the Hash that my wife ordered on another occasion, this consisted of Mushroom, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Spinach & Artichoke Hearts and served with two Eggs, Crispy Potatoes and a Homemade Biscuit. She enjoyed it, the portion, much like everything was massive! We ended up taking half of this home. I took a few bites, everything was super fresh, but I'm more of a meat and potato, deep fried kind of guy.

Here is their famous Andy's Sage Fried Chicken Benedict, which was fresh Spinach, Hardwood Smoked Bacon, Tomato, Griddled Mozzarella, Chipotle Cream and Scrambbed Eggs served with a Split Biscuit and Griddled Mashed Potatoes. First off this, much like everything else was HUGE! It's a Man vs Food "LOVED" dish. The chicken was excellent, and the Chipotle sauce was so creamy it was unbelievable. Overall I really enjoyed this dish, it was enormous and every bite was flavorful, my favorite between this and the Chicken & Waffles was the Chicken & Waffles, only by a few hairs. Don't get me wrong this was great and amazing, but the Chicken & Waffles had that balance of sweet and savory that was slightly over that bar. You really can't go wrong with any dish. Now for this dish I do want to mention that it is a bit on the spicier side due to that Chipotle sauce, which is one of the best sauces I've ever had.
