Be Our Guest

Be Our Guest - Disney's Magic Kingdom

Tucked away in the back of the Magic Kingdom in Fantasyland you will find Beast's Castle and inside is one of the most popular restaurants in all of Disney World and that is Be Our Guest. As of now the dress code is pretty laid-back but that may change in the near future.

Be Our Guest is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We've done lunch and dinner here, with dinner being our favorite option. Lunch is a quick service option while breakfast and dinner are both dinner. All options are reservations required and very-much suggested. They book very quick, but once in a while you will find an opening. Walking up you may not have much luck with getting a table.

Food here we felt was much better for dinner, while lunch seemed to be a little lack-luster. Service is hit-or-miss, we've gotten seated and served quickly while other times food took forever to get to us to the point we considered just leaving.

The restaurant itself is really amazing with all of the themeing. You can suggest where to dine in the restaurant, but not a guarantee. The main area is the main ballroom, the Rose Gallery and the West Wing and off to the sides. Make sure to take some time to enjoy all of the different areas.

Overall we did enjoy the food, certainly not bad at all. If you're really wanting to dine here we definitely recommend eating here. Out of any meals we do say try and stick to dinner. Food for dinner is better and the best part is you get to meet the Beast, who only comes during dinner service. Belle does not join Beast, if you want to see her, you can see her next door at the attraction Enchanted Tales with Belle or at Epcot.

 Welcome to Beast's Castle!

Amazingly themed restaurant all throughout. Make sure to take your time and enjoy every minute of it.

The main ballroom dining room. The back you will see large windows that have screens behind it with snow falling. Only here will you ever see snow fall in Florida.

Here is our table for dinner service. I've tried making those napkins at home a ton of times, never get it right!

One of their most popular dishes at Be Our Guest is the Grilled Strip Steak served with Garlic-Herb Butter and Pommes Frites. Overall not our favorite cut of steak but dish was really good. Noticed this dish was flying out of the kitchen left and right while other dishes were taking forever to get.

This was the Roasted Pork Tenderloin served with a Cauliflower Silk, Sauteed Greens and Turnips, topped with Cherry-Mustard Sauce. Really tasty dish, cooked perfectly.

The Pan-Seared Chicken Breast served with Farro Risotto, Rainbow Carrots, Wild Mushrooms and a Black Garlic Puree, drizzled with a Supreme Sauce. The chicken was cooked great, very juicy and flavorful. Really enjoyed this dish!

One of our favorite dishes was the Sauteed Shrimp and Scallops, which had Lobster, Mushrooms and Seasonal Vegetables in a creamy Lobster Sauce. I'm not usually one for pasta dishes but this was great. Loved every part of the dish. Wouldn't change anything.

After dinner you can choose to meet the Beast. Don't worry, he's a big teddy bear! Never felt rushed to take the pictures, he stood around for a bit. He does take short 5 minute breaks. Always enjoy meeting Beast, one of our favorites!
