Roy's Restaurant (International Drive)

 Roy's Restaurant - Orlando

This is a different type of cuisine that we normally don't find. A bit of Hawaiian and a bit of Asian. We ended up driving by, checking out the menu and trying it out. This location is on Restaurant Row off International Drive on Sand Lake Road. Overall the restaurant was nice, food was good. Nothing we'd run right back to. Maybe down the road again, to try some other options. Decent choice for a dinner.

Bar area as well as the counter by the kitchen.

Plenty of dining area, both to the left where the bar is and to the right.

We started with the edamame, which is their version of bread service. Really good!

We ordered the Canoe for Two. Overall was good, don't think $25 good though. Could have been more food for the price.

In the canoe was Crispy Chicken Spring Rolls, our least favorite. Still good, just of the four options our least favorite.

Our most favorite was the fall off the bone Szechuan Spiced Pork Ribs, these were amazing!

The Spicy Tuna Roll was amazing!

Lastly in the canoe was the Lobster Potstickers. These were good, expected more flavor from them. I enjoyed them more than my wife.

We also ordered the Ebi Roll, which was Shrimp Tempura, Coconut, Cream Cheese, Mango, Avocado and Habanero Aioli. This had a slight, slight kick from the Habanero but not spicy at all. Overall loved this roll! Would go back for just this. Sushi is their strong point here. One of the best I've ever had.

Thank you for checking out our review of Roy's Restaurant in Orlando.
