Restaurant Marrakesh

Restaurant Marrakesh - Epcot's Morocco Pavilion

We head back to Morocco and end up at Restaurant Marrakesh, which is one of their sit-down options here. Stepping into the restaurant it's very open and very beautiful. We were impressed with it. Service was great, staff super nice. The food we felt was decent, nothing over the top but a good new option to finally try out.

Very open restaurant.

Beautiful inside!

 View of the entire restaurant.

Started off with some fresh bread. Pretty basic, nice and warm.

This is the Chicken Bastilla, which is baked layers of thin pastry filled with minced chicken and almonds sprinkled with cinnamon and powdered sugar. It was good for a basic lunch option. Flavors somewhat lacked throughout most of our dishes. The entrees, which we did not get looked amazing, maybe next time.

Beef Brewat Rolls are baked layers of thin pastry stuffed with seasoned minced beef, fried and sprinkled with cinnamon and powdered sugar. This was my favorite of the apps. The sugar worked nice with the savory beef.

Here we have the Seafood Bastilla, which is baked layers of pastry filled with grouper, shrimp and mushrooms. The sauce that it was paired with didn't work with this. Overall the dish was good.

Thank you for checking out our review of Restaurant Marrakesh located at Disney's Morocco pavilion.
